Maintaining good health, an active lifestyle, and a balanced diet are crucial for every individual. However, as we age, it becomes all the way more important. As the human body ages, it becomes fragile and prone to diseases as well as health conditions. Suffering from weight issues at this age can be really problematic. Following a bodybuilding split or lifting weights is not the only way to maintain good health, but it is always wise to take up some physical activity to maintain an active lifestyle. Speaking along the same lines, Hollywood star Miriam Margolyes opened up about his troubles with excessive body weight.

Margolyes has foul blood with Arnold Schwarzenegger because he allegedly farted on her face in between filming takes. Mirian has still not forgiven Schwarzenegger for his acts. However, recently, Margolyes, who played the role of Professor Sprout in the iconic JK Rowling franchise Harry Potter recently made a revelation about her health on ‘How to Fail’ podcast. Amidst many other things that she talked about, she particularly blamed her obesity for ruining her health.

It is always wise to control your weight and food habits as much as possible from the very beginning. Facing a backlash of poor food choices and a sedimentary lifestyle, Margolyes is unfortunately suffering from spinal stenosis, which occurs “when the space inside the backbone is too small,” according to the Mayo Clinic.
