Being a strongman is as hard as being a bodybuilder. Being both of these together is another feat in itself. Eddie Hall has accepted his challenge and is making his way into the bodybuilding scene. The 2017 World’s Strongest Man winner has just started out on the journey and has been training day and night. Hall even challenged 4x Mr. Olympia winner Chris Bumstead.
Hall is going head to head with Bumstead, and the former boxer has already issued a threat to retire Chris. However, Eddie’s training journey is not going smoothly. He started off with confidence, but now he appears to have doubts. Will his challenge to Chris end up being in vain?

The 35-year-old Champion always updates his bodybuilding training on Instagram and YouTube. He talked to U.S Sun about his training and said, “With bodybuilding, it’s making it as hard as possible moving a weight from A to B – the time under tension as they say, to get as much volume through the muscle.”
He described the training as “horrendous” and said, “So it’s a lot more painful, I’ll be honest, Bodybuilding’s a lot more painful than Strongman in terms of training.”
Hall admitted that strongman training is more manageable than bodybuilding. However, he has a good experience with stressful activities and seems fine. Hall has also trained with bodybuilding champions Jay Cutler and Jamie Christian. He is taking this new challenge very seriously and is ready to compete with the best bodybuilders in the world.
