THC before training is considered by some people to help before a workout session if you are feeling tired or sluggish. This is because apparently, the THC helps in boosting endorphins and dopamine, which creates a euphoric mood. However, there are several bodybuilding champions and coaches who disagree with this.

Pro Creator Hany Rambod is considered one of the best coaches in bodybuilding. He has 22 Olympias under his belt. His advice about training is definitely significant in the bodybuilding world. The star coach has some strong opinions regarding the usage of alcohol and THC before training. In a recent episode of his Q&A Podcast, he was asked questions by many fans and he had things to say about THC.

In his own podcast named The Truth, Hany shed light on some serious issues in the bodybuilding and training scenario on 18 May 2023. Rambod and Austin talked to each other about the best supplements, proteins for a cross-fitter, alcohol pre-workout, and a lot of other things.

While talking about THC Rambod said, ?THC?no, the same thing, I just went over it. THC before training whether you?re popping a gummy or you?re smoking a joint, I just don?t believe in this bull****.? He strongly opposed smoking or drinking while having fitness training.

Rambod explained further by saying, ?I like to focus on what is good and beneficial going back to your statement about aminos.? In another podcast of Q&A on his channel, he has spoken about PEDs and said ?And for those of you that are, Shame on you, you?re not doing your body any justice, not only creating excessive wear and tear to your organs, but you?re also not allowing your body to actually benefit from taking gear.? He has also explained that PEDs should not be continued for a long period.

Best coach has had cheat meals during a workout

When answering a fan question in the same podcast, Hany said that he does not recommend cheat days. He also agrees that ?If someone has a really really fast metabolism and we have to do several meals, not a problem I have done that.?

Having several years of experience in the bodybuilding industry and training champions such as Chris Bumstead, Rambod knows how to get a healthy physique. Alcohol and THC should not be included according to him, but cheat meals are fine once in a while.
