Swoll’s Mission to Transform Gym Culture

Melanie is one of the many people that Joey Swoll has helped. He has called out negative behavior and cheers people to start their own fitness journey. He says his mission is to change the toxicity in gym culture.

In his first reaction video in January 2022, the former bodybuilder defended an individual by explaining that he was doing an exercise known as the “drag curl? and said that the person with the camera should “mind her own business”.
