The 54-year-old uploaded a YouTube short talking about aging and said “Harsh reality is if you’re not trying to get better, you’re going backward. That is, time does not wait.” He continued with the same thought process and further explained “…Just a mediocre 70% cause life goes 100% past you. Sorry to say that I know that s**** to hear”

Michael has always made his fans aware of the reality of aging and fitness. He talked about longevity in one of his YouTube videos where he said “The body and weightlifting itself is stress to the body to strengthen. So if you’re automatically going no more of this, no more of pushing myself using this heavyweight…then all you’re doing is deterioration the milage to the ligaments and joints”

The fitness champion also said “You’re forcing the body to get stronger as you age don’t force it to get weaker” Coming back to the YouTube shorts, Mike reiterated that people need to “push this” to the highest level.

Mike’s Real Talk on Aging and Achieving Health Goals

The Titan has previously advocated for exercise and health fitness from a young age. He has said in his previous video that he feels “fatigued and beat down a bit.”

In spite of his age, he keeps on persevering and working hard to maintain his chiseled physique. He has shared his pearls of wisdom about the harsh reality of life before as well.
