On August 11, MCU’s Thor actor Chris Hemsworth turned 40. While he had a great physique from the start of his professional acting career, Hemsworth’s popularity and physique blew up after he starred as Thor. Hemsworth’s transformation grabbed everyone’s attention. Since then, his physicality has been among his defining features. The Australian has played the role of the God of Thunder for more than a decade now, and even when he is not filming, the actor pursues his?bodybuilding?goals to maintain a ripped physique.
However, the day Hemsworth turned 40, he dialed back on his workout and unwinded with cake. The actor posted a picture of himself devouring two cakes on Instagram. He thanked his fans for wishing him on his birthday.?“I can safely say not a single piece of cake made it through the night,”?the Hollywood action star added. However, Hemsworth didn’t slack off for too long, channeling his inner?Mike Tyson?to burn off those calories.

Hemsworth channeled his inner Mike Tyson, hitting the mitts not just with speed but with all his power. Besides doing bodyweight exercises like pushups, situps, etc. for hundreds of reps, Mike Tyson also sparred for hours. Hemsworth’s workout also indicated that he sparred for multiple rounds. Two of the clips were shot outdoors, while another two were shot indoors. While Hemsworth started his 40s off with a bang, he gave a somber take on turning 40 in a GQ interview.
