Ronnie Coleman is an eight-time Mr. Olympia winning champion and he might have retired now but he is still very much involved in the bodybuilding realm today as well. He might’ve had a lot of physical ailments in his prime, and even now, but it does not stop him from weightlifting. His diet and high-intensity training are something that people always were surprised about and looked up to. Recently, a young bodybuilder by the name of Will Tennyson, who also claims to be the adopted son of Coleman, decided to try his diet.

What is more interesting is that his adoptive father decided to react to a video on his own YouTube channel. Let’s see what went down.

The short video shows that Tennyson is getting ready for his first meal of the day, which is going to be according to what Ronnie Coleman used to eat in his prime. The first meal that he decides to eat is egg whites, grit, and coffee. When he starts pouring the egg white to cook, Coleman reacts to it, and says, “Yeah those were the good ol days.”

His adoptive son also showed his concern about the amount of cheese that Coleman used in his egg whites. He said that it was similar to a heavy downpour of rain, and it was a bit concerning. Coleman replied to that by saying, “Not really it’s just for flavour to be honest with you.”

Coleman also declared that he loved cheese, and after Tennyson tasted the food, he realized that there was a cheese overload in his mouth. The bodybuilding champion and the King said, “No man I love cheese. The best meal you’re gon have for the day bro.”

Ronnie Coleman talks about his diet problems

Previously, Coleman had revealed that it was hard for him to maintain the five meal plans for each day because he had a full-time job as a policeman. He had to accommodate his bodybuilding career as well as being a police officer at the same time, which was difficult when it came to having a strict diet plan.

The legendary bodybuilder said at the time, “But I had to one more meal, so I had to get up in the middle of the night while I was sleeping.” However, his dedication to bodybuilding was unparalleled, and all his hard work paid off.
