While embarking on the journey to fitness can be immensely intriguing, most people often suffer from the problem of not being able to be consistent and that is the process that makes it difficult. Even the 52-year-old famous Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg confessed about not being able to continue to ignite the fire in him. However, he does not give up.

The age factor is catching up with Mark Wahlberg and he reveals that he has to push himself hard enough every day in order to continue being his best self. He, once again states his struggles with hitting the gym.

Mark Wahlberg recently took to his official Instagram account, @markwahlberg, and shared a reel of him working out in the gym. He then goes about talking how, in order to be his best self, he has to get to the gym and work harder than the day before.

He said, “Going up. What’s the next one possible? Gotta have some clean living. But nah, this sh*t is too hard.” He then added bits of his workout in order to demonstrate his complicatedly difficult phase, but his level of dedication remains the same and it is evident from how hard he is trying to keep up.

Mark Wahlberg also reveals that his motivation to hit the gym has shifted from achieving an aesthetic physique to aiming for longevity. With age, he has realized that it is important to feel good after your daily regime, and thus he aims to train to a level that he can go on being fit in the long run.

He says, “I encourage everybody, even if you just work out for 10 minutes, you’re going to feel better. We’re all very fortunate and blessed. You want to live as long as possible.
