Just a few more hours left for the Arnold Classic 2024 to commence. Well, the air around the bodybuilding world is mixed with all sorts of excitement. While the Nigerian Lion, Samson Dauda, will be defending his title, Hadi Choopan will be seen fighting towards glory to re-establish his reign after the defeat at Mr Olympia.

Strangely enough, at the brink, the figure under the spotlight has changed. It is the 255 lbs British bodybuilder James Graham Hollingshead who has managed to garner the attention of the fitness community. After bagging the third position in Arnold Classic UK 2022, he is back with a bang this year.

The bodybuilding icon from London took to his official Instagram account just a day before the commencement of the Arnold Classic 2024 to announce his presence on the stage. He was seen wearing a tank top from the Gasp Iron Camp, and it said ‘no compromises’; pretty much how his journey has been since 2022.

He was seen smiling, while his veins popped out from his exceptionally massive arms. Well, the picture is a standing testament to the fact that he was not kidding when he said he could easily beat former champion Samson Dauda. In the caption, he wrote, “If I can bring this fullness to Friday night… it’s ON”.

Witnessing James Graham Hollingshead’s impressive transformation through the past two years, many from the fitness community are all in for him to win the title this year. They agree that he can easily beat Dauda with that physique. Trying to motivate him, some left comments like, “Oh yeah. You can do it 👍👍💪💪” and “Bruh ain’t never looked like this. Whatever you did for this prep keep doing it!🔥”

One was in awe of his present physique, and simply commented, “This is madness”. While another, hinting at the high probability of his victory this year, wrote, “Awesome. That will change some of the predictions.” One of the fans was mesmerized by the energy that Hollingshead has been putting into his transformation. Taking to this, he commented, “I love this energy you’re projecting man it’s one I don’t think we’ve seen from you!”
