After spending 11 years in prison, Chuck Kirkenda popularly known as Kali Muscle, discovered the concerning elements that were a part of his diet during that period. Earlier after revealing that the food that he consumed in prison was inherently poisoning his body and could have had a significant role to play in his heart attack, Kali Muscle has now gone on a tirade against popular soda brand, Coca-Cola.

Kali took to social media and educate people about the ingredients they use in the beverage and why it should not be consumed by anyone. Through his YouTube Shorts video, Kali mentioned how he used to have his own formula of Coke as a supplement, he confessed, “Yeah, Y’all know I used to drink the hell out of these, with coffee the hyphy mud that’s how I invented my supplement.” But later on, the bodybuilder also pointed out all the harmful ingredients in the beverage. He mentioned, “Carbonated water, High Fructose, Corn Syrup with caramel, caffeine, and natural flavors.” Muscle emphasized how all these ingredients were as harmful as“poison.”

Coke and coffee both share a common ingredient – caffeine. Renowned for its rapid stimulation of the nervous system, caffeine swiftly induces a sense of energy and alertness. Within thirty to forty minutes of consumption, caffeine spreads throughout the body and provides the kick you need. This is the main purpose of all the commercial products that are based on caffeine.

However, the irony lies in the evolution of former Mr. California’s perspective on nutrition, as he has transitioned from endorsing such unconventional choices to now cautioning against them. What do you think about Muscle’s revelations? Let us know in the comments below.
