The anticipation of who will win the 2023 Mr. Olympia has reached a fever pitch, with all the contenders gearing up for the final show. Moreover, the most prestigious bodybuilding competition of the year will take place in the Orange County, Convention Centre, Orlando. The competitors spend hours in the gym, working on each muscle that aesthetically depicts proportion and size. The Nigerian lion Samson Dauda is no stranger to the norm as he flexes his muscles with his monstrous physique.

Samson Dauda gives an insight into his colossal physique 

Samson Dauda recently shared a reel on his Instagram, wherein he is showcasing his front body standing in front of the mirror. While the Nigerian lion is just nine weeks from the 2023 Mr. O, he shares his physique update with a caption, “Well over 300lbs and kicking it….hard work speaks for itself. Everything else is just noise.” The bodybuilder is not just logging his progress but taking his fans along for the ride, as he promised in his previous post, “I’ll start doing this more regularly.”

Moreover, in the reel, the mass monster performs a few poses that he is going to make on stage making his fans wait in anticipation for the moment. At the start of the video, he shows off his quads and then he clasps both his hands in the front flaunting his muscular physique and biceps. Then the bodybuilder goes for the front double bicep pose exhibiting the front deltoids and biceps. Awing his fans, he then performs the side chest pose depicting the thickness of his chest, also he goes for the front lat spread pose. Overall, Samson exhibits an improvement in his physique, weighing 330 Lbs (150 kg).

Fans heap praises on Samson’s post

Fans expressed their excitement when they saw Samson’s improving physique and commented by saying, “1993-2003-2013… this is the time. We are looking at the new king, his heart is the heart of a LION and he will be among the GOATs.” Another fan complimented Dauda by commenting, “This Mr. O is gonna be one for the ages. Go get that title big fella,” Most fans already believe that he is going to lift the Sandow trophy this year. Some other fans commented by quoting, “Your improvements are cartoonish bro. Can’t wait to see the finished product.”

One other awestruck fan said, “This is just absurd.” Though the post was flooded with comments, the compliments that struck me the most were, “Dude you are just dam impressive period.” Samson Dauda can give stiff competition to most of the contenders.
