While the fitness world looks for inspiration within the community, several celebrity transformations have served to fulfill that criteria. The great influence that the stars hold on people can be tightly pressed into service in these aspects. Similarly, a recent interview by Men?s Health displayed $30 million worth of rapper and actor Christopher Bridges, popularized by the name Ludacris, discussing his fitness regime earlier in life.?

While it is questionable whether the star?s regime was inspirational, he frankly chipped in his remarks on the matter. Additionally, Ludacris also promised to get back to the gym soon.?

Ludacris opens up about his past workout routine

As per the interview that surfaced on Thursday, the 45-year-old rapper was shown a picture of his younger ripped self and asked about his fitness routine at that point in time. Interestingly, Ludacris revealed there was no regime as such. He hinted that he appeared naturally fit, probably due to his genetics, but was not putting any extra effort in.?

?So this workout was non-existent. That’s what that’s called. That’s called a non-existent workout, except being on stage. This is flat-chested. This is bony, this is skinny,? he said. Quite embarrassed by his lack of fitness at that time, the rapper seemed out of words to answer the question. He added, ?I mean listen, genetics, I looked scrawny, man. I don’t know what to tell you here. This is kind of embarrassing.??

Later on, the Fast & Furious actor was shown another shredded picture of him with a query. He was asked if he would get back to the gym to maintain his former ripped arms. Not taking a moment to agree, he exclaimed, ?Hell yeah.? He contemplated his fitness routine and jokingly added that he?ll be leaving for the gym right after the interview. However, years before his awareness of fitness began, he made split food choices.?

Ludacris lived his youth with taste

Earlier in the interview, the Award-winning rapper was shown yet another picture of himself as a teenager probably and asked about his diet at that time. Unsurprisingly, Ludacris did not shy away from admitting to his unhealthy diet, including fried chicken fingers, Skittles, and more.?

He said, ?Chicken fingers, Skittles, pizza, and hamburgers, and nothing healthy whatsoever.? Evidently, the star was least concerned about his health as a youngster, not much of a fitness enthusiast. However, that seemed to have changed over time as Ludacris is nothing short of a fitness icon now.?
