The video showed the 33-year-old bodybuilder engaged in lifting a really heavy dumbbell for his back-day. Accompanied by his coach Hany Rambod, Choopan was dedicatedly engaging in the workout, using a dumbbell that many fans speculated might be over 200 pounds.
Notably, the snippet of his workout regimen was shared by EvogenNutrition which was owned by his coach Hany Rambod. Before this impressive video took place on the internet, Mr. Olympia’s official page had also shared a snippet of Choopan’s workout regimen. In this video, the bodybuilding icon was performing the cable cross-over exercise to build his chest.
A fitness enthusiast would obviously understand that the former champion has performed the workout to his full potential, showcasing the dedication he has been putting in to win the title again. As the short clip went viral reflecting his prowess and strength, fans were eagerly anticipating the return of the Persian Wolf to the arena, yet again.
