He recalled an incident where he witnessed Robinson performing bend-over rows with an impressive weight of 225 pounds. What made this feat even more extraordinary was that Robinson accomplished it without any assistance, belts, or straps. He said, “This guy is 76, walks over, grabs 225, bent over rows, no belts, no straps, reverse grip, and plays with it.”

O’Hearn emphasized that even among the younger generation of bodybuilders, it was rare to come across someone who could handle such weight with such ease and control. He gave an example of a 21-year-old boy who used to lift the same weight in a deadlift that Robinson was lifting in bent-over rows.
