Despite being successful in the course of the regime, he could have ended up causing a lifetime of an injury that would have prevented him from going to the gym all his life. Intending to gain fame from his latest stunt, the fitness enthusiast only ended up being criticized for the risk he took.

In an attempt to demonstrate the exceptional strength that he possesses, Christopher Dorn recently took to his Instagram and shared a video of himself performing a rather risky stunt that could have easily caused an irreparable injury. He was just one slip away from meeting with a horrific accident. Fortunately, he succeeded.

In the video, Christopher Dorn was seen carrying a 585 lbs rod on his shoulders. For starters, he began the stunt by pulling out a clean squat. He was further seen walking rather shakily to the bench, with the rod on his shoulders. He finally ended the stunt by pulling out a bench press with the same rod.

The momentum with which Dorn placed the rod before he started the bench press and repacked it after the rep left the fans to lose their breaths. This act of insanity to showcase strength enraged the netizens.

The fitness community slammed Christopher Dorn into the stunt

Although there were compliments like “Why most of the comments are so negative? Can we just appreciate the dude is strong af 🫡” in the comments section, most of it was filled with enraged comments criticizing him for pulling out such a risky stunt being a fitness influencer. One of them, taking to the risks involved, wrote, “All this for his 30 seconds of fame and 30 yrs of spine problems 😂😂”. Another expressing the same emotion commented, “One little trip and it’s a LiveLeak video 💀”

A follower even accused him of using fake weights.
