According to him, the latest research shows that simply not being hungry during your workout is the most important factor for pre workout nutrition, rather than nitpicking food sources or macro ratios.
After he is done with pre-workout food, he takes around 1 hour to let that digest, and then, after training, he often has a shake loaded with 50 grams of proteins. He revealed that a shake he drinks after the workout makes it easier for him to hit his daily protein target of 150 grams.
Moreover, a few hours after having the shake, he has a chicken sandwich made with ancient grains, bread, light mayo, lettuce, rotisserie chicken, and a cheddar cheese slice with some crispy mini rice cakes and raspberries. He loves to include all kinds of macronutrients in his meals so that he can effectively attain his body goals.
Meanwhile, despite being a natty fitness influencer, he has suggested a safe way of doing steroids.
