There are also rumors going about that Taylor-Johnson might smash ?The Living Daylights? out of the box office as the next James Bond. Fans were drooling over the Golden Globe winner while he posed shirtless in the new Facebook post by Esquire.

The 33-year-old talked to ?Esquire? about the preparation for this role and revealed the thorough homework on bodybuilding and fitness. The main highlight of ?Kraven? is not a majestic costume, but his physique. This is why ATJ had to work out and have a specific routine to get the aesthetic body needed for the character.

The actor gained 9 lbs of muscle reaching 90 lbs which is his biggest stature yet. He had to use weightlifting as the main form of exercise, and also run on all fours for the character. Not only did the actor need to embody the nemesis of Spiderman at his best, but also prepare for James Bond secretly. This required him to have the best physique possible.

Previously a YouTuber named Paris Demers gave a full, step-by-step breakdown of Aaron?s workout to become the MCU villain and 007 spy. He even took an interview with Matt Hodges to get a deeper understanding of Aaron?s workout regime. The YouTuber explained, ?Aaron Enlisted the help of PT Matt Hodges the next fitness model turned celebrity personal trainer who uses his incredibly well-thought-out mph method to get his clients into shape in record time.??Fans are very excited about his new roles and commented on the Facebook post.
