Dorian Yates is a man blessed with fitness and training wisdom. On the internet, he enlightens his fans about how to do pressing movements properly. Recently, he brought up how gymers commit mistakes unwillingly while doing pressing movements. According to him, they shuffle their feet instead of being still.

The post caption says, Quite often, especially when performing pressing movements, I see people in the gym shuffling their feet around when in the middle of the set. Shifting and using energy that should be focused and targeted to the area you are working”, he added further.

Giving the correct technique for pressing movements, Dorian said, “What I advise to my online clients is to keep your feet planted. Think of them as being stuck in concrete, they should be still.” He told powerlifters to “focus on the energy being built up within them and firing through from their feet, right the way to their hands”. Only then, “the mind-muscle connection come into play, everything should ideally be still besides what you need to work the muscle”. He advised fitness enthusiasts to focus on energy with planted on the ground. This isn’t the first time when Yates has shared valuable workout tips with his fans. Earlier, he had talked about a chest workout routine that increases the strength of the chest muscles.

Giving priority to the chest workout routine for a ripped body, Yates has done intense work to enhance the power and muscles of the chest. He shared this idea with his fans through the Instagram post. For him, cable flyers are a crucial part of finishing part of his chest exercise. Along with this, he suggested his fans follow weekly chest workouts for good results. Along with this, he believes one should have a mentally fit mind before starting any exercise. His wisdom about fitness and health is not limited to just these tips. He continues to post videos on various exercises and effective diet.
