The world’s Strongest Man will lift mind-numbing weights, pull loaded trucks, load huge objects onto a truck, and is a champion at Log throws. The American IMG company organizes the competition every year, and this year honored Mitchell Hooper with the prestigious title. However, the 25-year-old Canadian Strongman did not settle for his latest win and is gearing up for the upcoming competition, Shaw Classic.
Hooper shared a post where he expressed his grief after missing his mind-numbing lift narrowly. The Canadian, however, is determined to achieve it eventually.

The 25-year-old keeps his fans updated about his training regime on his social media, and his phenomenal strength often leaves his fans’ jaws dropped. But the Canadian strongman didn’t lose his spirit and reiterated his goal of achieving 529 lbs to 551 lbs. “2 weeks to go and I’m on track to smoke 260 before the big day. Things are getting HOT,” he added in the caption. Despite the heavyweight duty associated with the sport, Hooper never shuns to make his mark in the arena.
The Canadian Strongman’s honest confession
