Dr. Mike Israetel, popularly known as Exercise Scientist in the bodybuilding world, launched a YouTube series a few months ago. He puts up videos and critiques the training protocols of celebrity critics. From criticizing Classic Physique Mr. Olympia champion Chris Bumstead’s leg workout to calling Hollywood actor Tom Brady’s TB12 method short on science, he does not shy away from openly calling out significant entities. In one of the videos that was recently shared by a fitness page, he was seen dissing Andrew Tate’s tricep dips, stating that his method was fine only for halfway dips.
However, to get a better result, better stretch, and a better front delts connection, he states that it is utterly important to go deeper. It helps in boosting the process of growth in the tricep and chest area as well. Dr. Mike Israetel said, “This halfway down bullsh*t is something dudes do when they’re not strong enough to go all the way down for many reps.”
