Jesse James West, the charismatic social media influencer known for his comedic content, recently surprised fans by teaming up with renowned?bodybuilding?coach Hany Rambod ahead of his competition during his peak week. Rambod coached West through a shoulder workout, pointing out his flaws and perfecting his technique as much as possible.
Rambod, who is the coach of 4x Classic physique Chris Bumstead, helped Jesse with posing as well. Famous for making fun workout content on the internet, during the workout, James did an impression of Cbum from a video of his which went viral on the internet. As a nod to one of the most celebrated bodybuilders in history, Chris Bumstead, Jesse affectionately referred to himself as -Bum” during his collaboration with Rambod. This nickname was a playful fusion of his own moniker and Chris Bumstead. As a top-level coach, Hany’s knowledge and expertise in bodybuilding provided valuable insights into the peak week process. Despite his stoic demeanor, Hany played along with Jesse’s antics, adding an element of humor to the otherwise intense session.
Jesse delivered a spot-on impression of Chris Bumstead, who is known for his trademark pump cover removal in a famous clip that went viral a while ago. Jesse imitated Chris’ mannerisms, bringing a lighthearted touch to the demanding process of peak week. “I’m not jacked, that’s right… they call me Jbum. About halfway through the video, Coleman was spotted alongside Jesse James.
