The sport of bodybuilding is all about the end product, which becomes the basis of judgment. Its chief objective is always to exhibit a magnificent body on stage. Thus, the sense of aesthetics is highly in the play. It’s been a popular stereotype since the dawn of human civilization that women always get attracted to the strongest men. However, the reality is often different.

A late bodybuilder, one of the most vigorous ones, with his famously known massive arms, once talked about women’s preferences in the context of well-built bodybuilders. But what he had to say may disappoint many who want to pursue bodybuilding to attract women.

Then explain the ideal physique women actually find attractive. Rich remarked at last, “Just a more leaner, athletic boy.
