Joseph Baena is not only a real estate agent, dancer, actor, and bodybuilding?enthusiast, he is also a genetically gifted man like his father. Baena never compromises on his workout and often trains with veteran bodybuilders.

Recently, he again collaborated with the ?Titan?, Mike O’Hearn who taught him some tricks. They shared their ideas while working out on their massive arms and biceps.

The Golden era of bodybuilding was all about donkey calf raises, which no one remembers now. Arnold annihilated the calf exercise and got powerful legs by doing this exercise.?

Mike mentioned in the video how he likes when Joseph leads the workout. He also appreciates the old-school and modern knowledge that Baena has about bodybuilding. Baena talked about the old school method and said, ?I do the donkey calf raises and they are great, but ?? O?Hearn finished his hesitant words and asked, ?Too easy?? Baena replied with an affirmative.?Just like Baena, the Austrian Oak also trained his calves, since he thought that legs were not his strong suit.?

Arnold?s never skipped leg day

The Austrian Oak?s workout routine was high intensity and concentrated on muscle growth. Arnie was also not one to hide his weaknesses, and he knew that his lower body needed more work during his early days of competition. To quit slacking in the department, he came up with a genius plan.

Arnold realized that rather than showing off the already-developed aspects of his body, he needed to show off the weaker places. Arnie once explained his elaborate plan and said, ?I continued to wear the cutaway sweatpants that invited ego-bruising pain ? and it worked.
