Arnold Schwarzenegger’s newsletter often focuses on intricate fitness guidance. However, in the latest issue, he brought up the concept of “The Positive Corner of Masculinity”. In it, he talked about how some women complain about the column in the newsletter that is specifically directed towards men. In reply, Schwarzenegger stated, “We do a minimum of three topics, five days a week, and do this once a week, this corner takes up ? at most ? 6 percent of what we share. The other 94 percent is for everyone.”

The bodybuilder then went ahead to point out how there are unfair things always happening somewhere in the world. In order to deal with it, he suggested something very simple, “There is a darkness out there. The way to beat it isn?t to ignore or complain about it. We have to offer a positive alternative. In short, we have to talk to these boys and young men so that the only people they hear from aren?t Stone Age lunatics.”

The bodybuilding legend’s career has spanned numerous fields, giving him infinite wisdom in the process, much of which he brings to his newsletter.

In his newsletter, Arnold Schwarzenegger focused on how Rucking can be a very effective exercise, pointing out several advantages. ?Rucking appeared to improve mood, and reduce perceived exertion-meaning people could push harder without it feeling as draining.??He said. He also added,??Start with 20 to 30 percent of your body weight, and go for a 15 to 20-minute walk. After a few weeks, you can add more time or more weight”.


Getting fame for one’s achievements although seems very tempting, in reality, comes alongside several responsibilities for the individual. Even at the age of 76, Arnold Schwarzenegger is still fulfilling that duty without any complaints. Moreover, he also gives motivational wisdom besides his own expertise in fitness.
