In his latest Instagram post, Lunsford showed the world a snippet of his intensive workout session. He dictated in the video, “Gotta love it… Gotta want it, every day, Gotta live it.” He then proceeds to explain how, even though it is hard – as exhaustion appears on his face – he does not plan to stop. He remarked that no one should stop if they have decided on a goal already.

Furthermore, Lunsford also puts forward the necessity of the last rep. In the caption that accompanied his reel, he wrote vividly, “Does that last rep matter? It does to me. You gotta want it! Every rep, every set, every workout… all the way to the ⭕️ @mrolympiallc, Under 6 weeks!!”
