Kyle Landi recently posted a video of himself heavy lifting and in the caption of his post, he revealed the most important factor in his fitness routine. He began by stating that he was practicing his form with coach Cody Amey. Then Landi explained, “In my training, form is the single most important factor followed by time under tension.”

The bodybuilder also shed light on the fact that he likes to prep before doing something drastic suddenly. Revealing how he prefers to have a lightweight before his transition into a heavier one, he stated, “Keeping weight light so my execution with heavy weight is performed properly minimizing risk.”
Kyle Landi has inspired his entire fandom and also had a chance to train with one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, Ronnie Coleman. During his training session with the living legend, while Landi showed gratitude, his fans supported him to no end.
