Valliere trained CBum for a very long time before the 5x Mr. Olympia switched to Hany Rambod. However, the icon retired from the sport this year to focus on other aspects of his life.

But he revealed a very intriguing fact about the current bodybuilding sphere. Valliere confessed how a natural bodybuilder can’t win the Olympia in modern times. The retired bodybuilder asserted that no one in men’s open bodybuilding is natural, or natty in gym parlance.

The bodybuilding sport has become more and more competitive with time, and to win the Sandow trophy in the Open category, one has to build a mass monster physique. Natural bodybuilding is not capable of providing such huge results.
