Schwarzenegger explained this further, revealing that milk chocolates have less chance of this. “If you prefer milk chocolate, you have even less reason to worry. That version has less cocoa, which means a lower likelihood of having more heavy metals,”?said Schwarzenegger.?

?But when you drop below 6 hours per night, that?s when your brain and body give you the middle finger,??said Schwarzenegger. ?The Austrian Oak? also mentioned that getting less than 6 hours of sleep can make you unhealthy and obese.??A lack of sleep will also make you more irritable, susceptible to depression and anxiety, and can increase the likelihood of issues with your heart,??revealed Arnold.
