Celebrated as the world’s biggest bodybuilder, Craig Golias is a 350 lbs mass monster. Being an internet sensation at this point, while there are many people who are critics of his physique, there are also countless individuals who feel inspired by his humongous physique. 

Being a skinny and scrawny kid growing up, Golias gained a whopping 200 lbs over the years. While he never claimed to be a natural athlete, he has previously stated that it requires a lot of hard work and dedication to get this big even while using drugs. Golias’ close friend Mike O’Hearn had also previously shown admiration and disbelief over Craig’s insane size. Recently, as Generation Iron shared an Instagram post, the duo was seen participating in some friendly banter.

Generation Iron’s recent Instagram post showcased a bodybuilder’s physique without a face. Here. they asked fans about their guess on who they thought the athlete was. Coming across this post, Craig Golias commented, “Easy! The natty legend @mikeohearn saaaaap!” Replying to this, Mike O’Hearn shared a funny gif of his own which was being circulated over the internet previously as part of a meme trend. It read, “My sincere reaction to that information.”

While it might come as a surprise to many, Golias only started working out at the age of 20 years old. Revealing this on Mike O’Hearn’s podcast, Golias stated, “I didn’t start working out until I was 20.” Golias admitted that he was a “late bloomer.” The high school metal band artist got insanely obsessed with getting big and is now standing at 6’3 and weighing in at a whopping 350 lbs. O’Hearn and Golias engage frequently over social media too.

Despite having a monstrous physique, Golias still maintains good proportions and has an X-frame. But why is an X-frame important according to him?

According to Golias, “Most bodybuilders are 5’6 to 5’10.” Before the advent of COVID-19, Golias had reached his highest weight ever, 360 pounds. He revealed, “I was so big, it was uncomfortable, but people freaked out; they loved seeing it.”

However, for Golias, just bulking up was not the main goal. He realizes that having a small waist helps by providing the look of an X-frame. Despite being at 340 pounds at the moment, he maintains an aesthetic look and a fairly low body fat percentage, with a ton of muscle mass.
