In his recent Instagram post, Thor flaunted his strength by lifting impressive weights. This is remarkable because previously he had expressed a lack of confidence in lifting heavy weights. The Strongman revealed the repetitions and sets of his weightlifting, “310kg 5 reps 2 sets.” As the video progressed, Bjornsson shared his entire workout plan, which included deadlifts, atlas stones, and grip work. Amid his routine, he emphasized the importance of taking rest to recover faster from an injury that occurred due to intense workouts.

The strongman began his workout by lifting heavy weights. Gradually, he increased the weight after every repetition. He also tried D-stones. Although he lifted heavy weights, he emphasized on the fact that one should not push their body to extremes, and should always listen to its capacity.
