Taking to Instagram, the titan posted a YouTube post showing WWE Hall of Fame Billy Gunn working out with the veteran. The collaboration video was captioned, “Mike O’Hearn Rope Hammers For Bigger Arms With Billy Gunn.” Dressed in simple gym clothes, the veterans did some Rope Hammer exercises in a sparsely populated gym. The exercise venue had an old-school charm to it, with the clanking of exercise machines reverberating in the background.

Deeply engrossed in the arm exercise, the dynamic duo performed alternate sets of arm pulls. Lying down, Gunn pulled the ropes towards his chest, a slight grimace on his face. Boosting the morale of his gym buddy, O’ Hearn added, “The mighty gun” show! Big boy !”

The fitness model, being a great taskmaster, took a keen look at Gunn’s posture during his exercise. Although O’ Hearn does not say much, the WWE star observes O’ Hearn’s technique, which includes raising the rope upwards near his face, making the triceps work out a little harder. Noting the intricacies of the posture, Gunn responded, “I mean being as I have to watch and then critique and then figure out what you’re doing because of the lack of communication that we have as I’m figuring it out on my own so by the time we get to the last set you guys should have it right down yeah.”

When a bodybuilder referred to the empty gym, the Gladiator had an inspiring response. He said, “We’re full-time bodybuilders, so we stay until we’re done.” However, the hard-working WWE wrestler, happy to have finished his set, added a gleeful ” you know what that sound means. Done! the velcro goes, I go. “

The herculean wrestler has previously appeared in O’ Hearn’s podcast. The tall athlete revealed to the fans that he is more into bodybuilding compared to his peak in WWE. He focused on being the best wrestler and having fun, as opposed to maintaining his health and youthful appearance when he was young. Billy Gunn further confessed candidly to the American bodybuilder by saying, “Imagine what I really could have looked like if I’d have put some effort into it…I was not focused on my training as I am now.”

While there is nothing wrong with wanting to have fun and focusing only on winning in the ring, the 59-year-old pro wrestler seems more focused on health now. Gunn has won many accolades in his lifetime but considers working with his sons Austin and Colten Gunn as his greatest achievement.
