In his trademark style, The IFBB pro coach Greg Doucette is at it again. This time, Doucette has taken to talking about personal trainer Lachlan Bartle, whose back acne has become more famous than his muscles. Bartle gained notoriety for viral videos showcasing his incredibly shredded physique, particularly his back, which has significant acne issues. While acknowledging the guy’s impressive physique, Doucette raised concerns about potential ster**d abuse and its impact on health.

In a recent YouTube video, the 48-year-old emphasized the discrepancy between Bartle’s front and back views, attributing the viral popularity of the latter to the shocking presence of acne. The coach questioned the individual’s decision to prioritize a chiseled body over potential health risks associated with performance-enhancing drugs.

Throughout his take on Bartle, Greg Doucette highlighted the negative comments in the video’s comment section, where many viewers express concern about the use of ster**ds and its impact on skin health. Some comments suggested that the physique achieved with ster**ds may not be worth the accompanying side effects, such as severe acne.

Doucette stressed in the video if somebody is determined to delve into ster**ds, “you better consider what potential side effects and it’s not just getting acne think about what is it doing to his liver. I mean the liver is literally typing out in Braille please stop. Stop doing this to me I’m a liver I don’t like this.”

Doucette shed light upon how, despite the criticism, Bartle remains defiant and dismissive of the negative feedback, stating that he’s willing to endure the side effects for the sake of his physique. Doucette encouraged viewers to consider the potential health risks and advised caution against such mentality.  This is not the first time Doucette has voiced concerns about the well-being of fitness enthusiasts.

A while back, a former Navy officer posted a video showcasing unwavering determination to work out, seemingly neglecting health warnings. Doucette’s advice echoed a consistent message, prioritize health, even in the pursuit of ambitious fitness goals.
