The video shows O’Hearn getting ready to bench press 405 lbs of bar weights. His wife, Mona Muresan, was spotting him and helped, while O?Hearn took the weights to start bench pressing. He lifted the massive weights with ease and did not even flinch.

Mike O’Hearn has always vouched for pushing the boundaries beyond what most people believe is achievable. O’Hearn had previously talked about the immense power the human body can have if trained properly. He highlighted the fact that a normal human hand will get crushed with 500 lbs of weight.
