In a recent interview, Saladino revealed the secret behind the superstar Ryan Reynold’s amazing physique. He talked about how they approached their routine this time. “The name of the game for Ryan is resiliency”, he said. The crucial part of their routine was Reynolds’ resilience and determination which helped him build his body. Saladino explained that to get strong and stay injury-free, he followed a smart workout plan.

While performing bench presses, he slows down, taking three seconds to lower the weight pushing up just as slowly. This helped him use less weight while still challenging his muscles and being kind to his joints. Reynolds also keeps his elbows at a 45-degree angle to protect his shoulders from injuries. This smart move helps him maintain his superhero physique. Mind you, Reynolds needs to be in supreme shape for Deadpool 3, since it will also be the character’s MCU debut and he will be sharing the screen with Hugh Jackman, who is known to get pretty buff for Wolverine.
