Tom Agnew is a bodybuilder and fitness influencer who goes by the names The Dwarf Bodybuilder and Dwarf Juggernaut. Currently on a bulk, the bodybuilding influencer ended 2023 with a test of strength. On 30th December 2023, the Dwarf Juggernaut achieved a new squat personal record while lifting an insane 400 lbs on his shoulders.
Despite living with dwarfism, the influencer hasn’t let his condition diminish his goals. After getting shredded, Agnew is trying to put on as much muscle as he can with a long bulk. Since bodybuilders are at their strongest when they bulk, Agnew decided to attempt a new PR. His squat milestone left the fitness community beyond impressed.

The Dwarf Juggernaut uploaded the squat PR for his over 40,000 followers. In the video, the bodybuilder had loaded the barbell with four plates on either side. While he has squatted with more weight, this PR attempt was to see how many reps he could get with 400 lbs on his back. Agnew explained he wanted to end the last day of the year by hitting a new PR.

Agnew got his wish when he did 15 resp with 400 lbs. While he paused during the set, the fitness influencer didn’t quit until he got 15 reps with the proper range of motion. Despite setting a new personal record, Agnew’s form remained intact until re-racked the weight. The Dwarf Juggernaut’s PR attempt is quite similar to what fellow influencer Marc Lobliner did.
Lobliner set a dumbbell press benchmark and plans to beat it in 2024. However, the Dwarf Juggernaut didn’t state if he would attempt something similar the next year. Tom Agnew’s incredible strength impressed fitness enthusiasts.
