Mitchell Hooper is a record-breaking powerlifter on most days but sometimes he is also a man who loves to tickle your funny bones. Standing at 6’3” and weighing 320 lbs, this man is dominating the fitness world and also social media due to his hilarious posts. His sense of humour is as amazing as his strength and this sets him apart from others.

The Canadian strongman won the title of World’s Strongest Man in 2023. Despite this huge achievement he continues to strive for more be it in his career or just to make people laugh. Recently he again showed his sense of humour in a new Instagram reel where he expressed the awkward situation some gym bros might face in the gym.

In the video, Hooper was seen doing a funny skit where he was sitting on a pull-up machine and he was doing some bicep exercises. While doing so he looked at his front and saw a girl exercising with a deadlift and she stared at him as if she thought he was ogling at her. Hooper immediately looked the other way and again a girl thought he was staring. This went on for another round and finally, he closed his eyes with one hand and continued exercising.

He captioned the post, “Just cover your eyes boys 🤦‍♂️.” However, serious issues do happen in gyms where women get stared at but sometimes it is also a misunderstanding. The line becomes very fine in these cases and Hooper tried to showcase what is the safest way to not have any misunderstandings since unnecessary toxicity remains in gyms. He has previously made funny videos as well where in one of them he showed a girl being interviewed who wanted a man who could at least lift plates of 25 lbs on both sides. This sparked a hilarious comments section just like the latest post did.
