IFBB pro Mark Hunter Jr who is uber-famous in social media made headlines in the past when he was unfairly kicked out of the gym. The issue was over the fact that he was arranging the weight plates on the rack and a staff member misjudged him to be the one to jumble up the plates. This created a misunderstanding that led to his membership being taken away. However, despite the incident, the bodybuilding icon has continued his dedication to the sport and has made waves in the circuit.
The bodybuilder recently went on to talk about creatine and its benefits to bodybuilders. Creatine is a compound found naturally in the body and is also seen in red meat and seafood. It helps in keeping up one’s energy supply as well. Let’s see what Mark Hunter Jr’s verdict on the supplement was.

In a new Instagram video, Mark Hunter Jr spoke about the benefits of the supplement. He first stated that he has been taking creatine for 5 years and has seen insane benefits. The IFBB pro even showed his before and after progress. Hunter Jr also admitted to taking steroids for five years. He also clarified that since he was taking both, he has gained 90 pounds and so does not exactly know how much of this is because of help from creatine.

However, he also added, “All I know is I started taking creatine and I started to grow therefore I am attributing the majority of my gains if not all to creatine.” He also wrote a caption about how the supplement is a huge “game changer” in his physique. He wrote, “Natty or enhanced, you should be taking it for the most muscle gain.”

He was straightforward in stating that if someone is not seeing the benefits of creatine then probably their supplement is “fake”. Mark Hunter Jr is not the first bodybuilder to talk about the supplement. Earlier, Brandon Curry also revealed that creatine was his secret recipe for a fit body.
Brandon Curry’s thoughts on creatine
In a previous video, the 40-year-old Curry talked about his morning mantra. He wrote, “Nothing like coffee and creatine in the morning.” It’s not a well-known fact, but mixing creatine with warm liquids like coffee or warm water can increase protein absorption in the body.
