Chris Bumstead’s physique for the last few years on the Mr. Olympia stage got him great recognition among bodybuilding fans. His well-defined physique made his fans compare him to bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger. As CBum gears up for this year’s Mr. Olympia, the bodybuilder is on a streak, giving interviews with fitness challenges.

In his candid interview with RAW Nutrition, the 28-year-old spoke about his love for cars, relationships, and fights. In this interview, he also revealed his boozing habits.

The 4x Mr. Olympia is competitive on the stage but never misses out on the important dynamics in life. He has often confessed that bodybuilding is just a part of his life and that he could quit the sport when the time is right. CBum has been transparent about his family dynamics, relationship with his fiancé, health conditions, and love for cars.

The 28-year-old bodybuilder keeps his authentic self out to his fans, which makes him more relatable to the masses. In his latest interview, the young icon spilled the beans on his sober life of late.

The interview featured CBum and two more guests, Calvin and Vaughn. While discussing their party lives, Calvin noted, “Chris can’t even f*****g take a Zen without throwing up.” The statement from his friend made CBum quip, “That’s why I don’t drink.” He further mentioned how he was a party animal back in the day.

Chris Bumstead, the current Classic Physique champion, works incredibly hard to develop a physique that is highly coveted. However, the shift to a strict training and diet regime wasn’t easy for the icon, as he was a hardcore party freak.

The Canadian IFBB pro didn’t shun away from revealing his personal life anecdotes and confessed that he was a huge party animal. “I partied a lot. I got…Matt can tell when I was with MHP he wouldn’t be able to talk to me because I was like blackout drunk three times a week,” he once revealed.

The transition from being a tipsificator to sober wasn’t easy for CBum, but his determination enabled the transition anyway. And now his passion for bodybuilding has earned him four Mr. Olympia titles in Classic Physique.
