Adam Bank shares intense biceps day workout for massive arm gains

Adam Bank recently took to his TikTok account and shared a video of himself where he is seen sharing tips to gain bigger arms with his followers. He captioned it, No❌ more noodles arm‼️😈💪🏾 If you want bigger arms make sure to save and try this intense bicep day workout at the gym🫱🏾‍🫲🏼“ 

In the video, Banksy shares exercises that can be effective to bring about a massive change in the volume of your arms. He begins with 5 reps of Heavy Barbell Curls in 5 sets each. Followed by 3 sets of Incline Zottman Curls, each having 10 reps, and a single preacher curl, of 3 sets, each having 12 reps. He then went on to straight bar drag curl, which he advised for 10 reps in 3 sets. He finally ends the video suggesting concentration waiter curls of 3 sets, 10 repetitions in each one of them.

Despite the immensely helpful split that Banksy provided his followers with, what truly grabbed their attention was his first set of heavy barbell curls where he was seen effortlessly lifting 135 lbs. They went gaga at the demonstration of his strength.
