There are very few?bodybuilding icons who can achieve a great physique at a very young age. The list includes Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Mike O?Hearn who not only achieve greatness at a young age but have locked their fitness and youth, even at an older age. In the latest era of bodybuilding, one of the youngest people who have achieved this feat related to physique is 21-year-old Sam Sulek. The American fitness influencer uses his social media platform to showcase his fitness journey. Sulek has also become a sensation for popularizing the term ?ego lifting? again.?

Even after receiving negative views from the bodybuilding world due to his steroid usage and his structure at the age of 21, he does not stop talking about what he thinks is right. The GenZ fitness influencer recently gave another piece of advice about an old-school way of exercising.

Sam Sulek returns to the old-school method

Instagram page pump.palace69 posted a reel of a short snippet video of Sam, working out while giving some advice about using fitness applications. In this technological age, everyone is dependent on some of the other gadgets, and one of the biggest industries is the fitness world. Fitness now depends on a lot of factors like calories and the number of steps which are regulated by applications on the phone.

Sam Sulek does not appreciate this at all. While working out and sweating it out in the gym, he talked about the use of gadgets and applications to record one?s fitness progress. Sulek said, ?When I see somebody wearing an Apple Watch and they post it after their workout. Really? You burned 1500 calories in an hour?? Sulek pointed out that the calculations that the apps show are not always accurate.?

He continued and disregarded all technologies of fitness, and said, ? I don?t know how much you know about calories. But that?s fu** bu**.? Sulek explained that machines can only help to a certain extent. He continued, ?So if the fitness apps are weird, and the machines probably don?t really know what?s going on with your metabolism or whatever else.? He advised by preaching an old-school method of bodybuilding and exercise and said, ?Well, then just do 30 minutes. Break a solid sweet you?re probably good.? Just like he has a different opinion about fitness apps, he also seems to have a very different opinion about vegetables than most other fitness enthusiasts.?

Sam Sulek dislikes veggies

Sulek?who is ripped and huge at the age of 21, made a revelation about vegetables in a video that was shared on the official YouTube page @aegfitness8047. He heavily gives his opinion on how vegetables do not really contain anything. He said,??Vegetables are just fu****g sh*t. There?s nothing. There?s nothing in there.?

Sulek did not disregard the fact that vegetables contain a lot of nutrients and have fewer carbs than most food, but he preferred taking supplements to fulfill his nutrient needs. He explained, ?Sure there?s maybe 5 grams of carb in a big a** handful of broccoli. The micronutrients and whatnot. Taking my vitamins makes me a bit more complete in my diet.?
