The Joe Rogan Experience host is revered for bringing holistic videos in his podcasts, and health and fitness find a huge spot on his channel. Narrating a story of his friend whose trainer advised him to “eat bread, eat pasta,” Rogan revealed that he advised his buddy to get a new trainer. “That stuff is f****g terrible for you! If you want to eat carbohydrates, get it from fruits, get it from some natural sources, but if you have a trainer that’s telling you to eat bread, get a new trainer,” he said in the clip.
