Former bodybuilder, Milos Sarcev hails from the land of Serbia, thus, naturally, he cheers for his fellow Serbian athletes in every sport there is. Tennis legend, Novak Djokovic’s recent victory at the 2023 French Open encouraged an Instagram post commending the star athlete’s feat. Sarcev took to his socials and penned down an intriguing note for the champion’s 23rd Grand Slam triumph.

However, a comment under the post appreciated one of his opponents, claiming Djokovic won simply because he was injured. That’s not all, Sarcev slipped into the comments and also hailed the opponent as a sensation while expressing his love for the young talent.

As per the source, the 59-year-old shared a snippet from the French Open, just hours ago. Facing his opponent, Djokovic claimed his 23rd victory with flair. Therefore, Sarcev’s caption read, “One down, one more to go! #🇷🇸🏆🏀 We are not here to participate, we are here to take over.”

As a result, several flocked to the comments section to share their insights on the instance. A particular user noted the 36-year-old Serbian icon as “lucky” since Carlito Alcaraz was injured. Had it not been that way, the user claimed Djokovic wouldn’t have been playing in the finals. Surprisingly, Sarcev replied to the comment with an additional cheer for the 20-year-old Spanish athlete.

Thus, the IFBB pro wrote, “BTW – I absolutely LOVE @carlitosalcarazz …and will cheer for him after Novak retires.” Moreover, he opined that the two tennis players shall be “big rivals” until Djokovic retires. “Carlito is very special…”The NEXT”…Beating Novak in “Best of Five” – is pretty much impossible…and everyone knows it!” Sarcev added. Nonetheless, this isn’t the first time the bodybuilder seized the opportunity to congratulate his fellow Serbian players.

On Saturday, Sarcev once again took to Instagram to share a rather interesting tribute for the Serbian players, Nikola Jokić and Novak Djokovic. After the tennis star defeated Alcaraz in a hard-fought victory, and Jokic led the Denver Nuggets to a 15-point win, the former athlete was overwhelmed with national pride. 

Taking to his official handle, he shared a post that portrayed the two-star athletes as the Batman franchise’s antagonist, The Joker. “Jokers are WILD Pride and joy of Serbian Nation!” he wrote in the caption.
