Tech millionaire Bryan Johnson is facing backlash after making an unusual joke. He humorously represents the use of his 17-year-old son’s plasma for anti-aging purposes. The fitness enthusiast, known for his quest to live over 120 years, shared a video on Instagram featuring himself and his son, Talmage Johnson.

Even last year, he turned the spotlight on him by undergoing a plasma exchange with his teenage son. According to Johnson, this was the first instance of multigenerational blood plasma exchange in human history. Johnson cited earlier experiments involving mice as inspiration for his unconventional approach. In these experiments, researchers observed that when older mice received plasma from younger mice, they showed signs of reversing aging.

Building on this research, Johnson decided to try the procedure with his own family, himself, his son, and his father participating in the groundbreaking exchange. On May 22, 2023, Johnson proudly announced in his Instagram post, My son, father, and I completed the world’s first multi-generational plasma exchange.” Despite Johnson’s enthusiasm for his unconventional approach to anti-aging, many online users found his joke inappropriate and criticized him.
