Reversing one’s age might sound like a thought against nature. However, Bryan Johnson is someone who made million-dollar investments to establish Blueprint, a protocol to reverse his age.

The fitness enthusiast often makes waves in the online world with his never-heard-before fitness approaches to stay in his youthful appearance. Besides ‘Blueprint’, he continues to invest in new ways to keep his body healthy. Recently, he introduced a machine that helped him do an equivalent of 20,000 situps in just 30 minutes.

In a recent short video uploaded by Bryan Johnson’s YouTube channel, he introduced the device that would help him do “ the equivalent to 20,000 situps in just 30 minutes.” As the video continued, one would be surprised how they could get the benefits of situps without stepping into the gym or even moving their body. Showcasing the machine’s working, Johnson set a time and optimum level so that the desired work could be done on his abdominal area. Once done with setting the time and the level, he lay down on the bed and placed the device on his stomach.

Revealing how the machine worked, he said that he set the machine to 100% and 15, which was the maximum level one could set on the monitor of the machine. According to Johnson, the machine would pull at the stomach of its user. “Ripping it out, it’s a really odd and powerful sensation,” he said. He further elaborated on how his midsection had never been stronger in his entire life and how, after using the machine, he was feeling good athletically as well.

If you think this is the most that Johnson has gone to, for his obsession with staying young, you are wrong. As part of his Blueprint, Johnson had stringent routines for sleep as well. He once came up with a sleep challenge for his followers.

The tech millionaire shared a YouTube video revealing how his sleep challenge would pan out. He said, “People, of course, love to gain things, but they hate losing things.Giving the details about the challenge he added, “So, what we’re going to do is offer up a $50 bill to somebody, and they have to go to bed on time within 30 minutes of their bedtime for 7 days,” said the fitness influencer in the video.

If someone lost at the challenge, they would have to lend $50 to another person. Johnson apparently felt this would make people understand the price they paid for aging and to show how it was tangible and real.
