In his video titled, “Don’t let this mistake hold your bench back,” O’Hearn revealed his thoughts on committing mistakes in the gym. The video starts off with Titan lashing a gym-goer for his lack of seriousness while doing a bench back.
“He was walking into the lift like you walk into your house there was no fight in him going,” the 54-year-old bodybuilder lamented. He further adds that one had to get into a different mode while lifting weights. You’re not the same person when you’re lifted as you are out shopping for groceries,” the American Gladiators icon opined.
The bodybuilder suggests that one has to show some aggression while lifting weights to see results and avoid injuries. “Take it serious, get underneath the barn, be aggressive it might not be somebody else’s 700. But it’s heavy for you and your attitude should represent them,” he said in the video. O’Hearn preaching comes from his three decades of training and knowledge.
