Noel Deyzel, the bodybuilder turned fitness influencer always tries to elevate people’s mood with his positive videos. Fans love his content on workout and diet tips apart from heartwarming body positivity videos. However, this time it is a sad update from the YouTube sensation. In a recent Instagram post, he revealed his health condition to his 3.9M followers.
The 38-year-old bodybuilder is gearing up for surgery to rectify a split in his abdominal wall. The IFBB Pro bodybuilder promised to keep his fans updated on his recovery process while thanking them for their constant support.

In a detailed post, the bodybuilding influencer said, “Tomorrow I am going for surgery, I have a condition called Diastasis recti.” He explains that it is a split in the abdominal wall and adds”I have a two-and-a-half-inch gap between my abdominals.” He captioned the post, “Going for surgery in less than 24 hours from now.“
He admitted it is kind of frustrating because he can’t drive at the desired intensity, can’t lift weights, or can’t do certain exercises due to his condition. He further opened up about his mental condition before the surgery, “To be honest I am nervous and I am anxious.“He also informed his fans that he doesn’t know what to expect from the process and is also unsure when he will be back at the gym after the surgery.

“To be a good content creator, I need to take you through the good times and the bad, the highs and lows of my life but also of bodybuilding,” he spoke as an honest influencer. He further added that injuries are bound to happen inside or outside of the gym but they would heal eventually. It isn’t the first time Deyzel has gotten injured. Earlier he suffered a bicep injury.

Deyzel faced a nerve-wracking crisis when he suffered a bicep tear back in 2020. He described it as the hardest moment of his life. But he came out strong from the situation by steering his career toward meaningful content creation.
He even wants his followers to look on the positive side of a difficult situation and make the most of it. “These situations make us resilient, and what we learn truly benefits us in the future!” he said in one of his posts.
