In the realm of bodybuilding and fitness, there are a lot of people who believe in natural body. However, some took different paths to enhance their muscles. It is a very controversial topic for fitness enthusiasts. Many bodybuilding legends have disclosed, that for competitions like Olympia and Arnold Classic, one must have a shredded and giant physique to qualify. Several legendary bodybuilders have openly admitted to using such substances during their competitive years.

However, the conversation doesn’t end there. In the present day, many individuals claim to have a natural physique. One of them is Sean Taaffe a.k.a. Shizzy Lifts. In a recent video series “Natty or Not,” IFBB pro coach Greg Doucette and Powerlifter Eric criticized Shizzy and slammed him for his false claim to build his physique naturally.

Greg uploaded the video on his YouTube channel, where they talk about many fitness influencers being Natty or Not. When it comes to Shizzy Twizzy they agreed upon him being “Not”. They say he has zero percent natural body. Eric Explained, “I think I think for me it’s the data points the height versus weight versus body fat percentage like it’s just he’d be such an outlier genetically if he were at his age to be what is he six two…” yeah I mean that’s a lot of muscle mass to be holding”.

Eric mentioned that Shizzy admitted being inconsistent with maintaining his muscular body at his weight. According to Janicki sustaining such muscle naturally requires constant commitment without breaks in workouts or diet. Statistically, it’s unlikely he has that much muscle naturally.

He shared his own experience like he was lean at 178-182 pounds and under six foot one before using anything. Comparing this with Shizzy, who’s lean at 230 pounds and slightly taller, the probability of his natural muscle is very low. He said, “Just think it’s just he’d be such a like just a statistical outlier for me to believe that”.  Greg agreed with Janicki’s opinion about him.

Greg Doucette’s opinion on Shizzy

The IFBB Pro coach is known for his brutal honesty. In a recent YouTube video, he clearly states that there’s a very low chance Shizzy achieved his physique naturally. Despite what Shizzy’s trainers and gurus are saying, there’s a debate about his physique. Doucette said, “I have it at 99 I give him a chance that he’s natural and his coach and all these other gurus are arguing, Oh we looked at the blood work.” While Shizzy’s coach and others argue, they check his blood work.

Furthermore, Greg speculated that “but and it’s explained in this way your AST is high oh that’s just from hard training couldn’t have been from taking SARMs…” and oh we’ll leave out the cholesterol, and let’s not show the testosterone on this test” He explains that his high AST levels are just from intense workouts, not from using substances like SARMs. They also skip showing his cholesterol and testosterone levels in the tests.
