Every bodybuilder dreams of winning the Mr. Olympia title and holding the Sandow trophy at least once. Bodybuilders from around the globe prepare throughout the year for the coveted title. However, some bodybuilders miss out on the chance to perform at this prestigious stage. Iranian bodybuilder Behrooz Tabani is one of them. Despite winning the 2023 Arnold Classic South America, The Iranian bodybuilder’s participation in Mr. O remains uncertain due to a visa problem.
This is not the first time that Tabani has faced this issue. The same happened in 2022 when he couldn’t participate in the tournament because of immigration issues. Last year too, his friend and IFBB pro coach Milos Sarcev had addressed the matter on social media.
Seven weeks away from Mr. O, Tabani’s participation is still doubtful

Recently, Sarcev took to his Instagram and shared a reel of Tabani with the caption “@behrouz_tabani – 7 weeks out. Still with NO VISA or apportionment!!!!!”. He emphasized that the competition is around the corner and still, a talented bodybuilder like Tabani has not received his visa or an appointment.

In addition, through this video clip, Sarcev showcased Tabani’s talent. In the video, Tabani posed for the camera, in an intriguing performance that captured attention. The poses he attempted in the video emphasize his shredded physique.

Fans bash the politics in Tabani’s visa delay
One bodybuilding enthusiast pointed out the politics that ruin athletes’ careers, “It’s such a shame that an elite bodybuilder can’t get a visa. Iran has some serious talent and, due to politics, they can never get here to compete.” The majority of people hoped he would get a visa before the event. “I wish he gets it, so deserved to step on stage among the others.” Another added, “I hope the visa will come this year.” One fan noted, “That physique is top Olympia material.”

“At this point, it seems the IFBB is saying too bad, so sad, and that they just don’t care enough for their athletes.
