Commenting on the bizarre method, Coleman says, “I figured out a new technique. Okay, not picking up by the bar, actually picking up by the weight itself.” The incredulity in his voice is palpable as he adds, “Well, there’s some stupid sh*t to be done; people will figure out a way to do it.”
