In the podcast, Shawn Finnegan, a social media personality, asked this interesting question that led to Faires taking a thoughtful pause before replying, “Oh… a lot.” This response from the strongman paved the way for a fascinating discussion about the incredible power that Strongmen have. To paint a clear picture, Devin Allen Johnson, the show’s host, stated, “Like you can pick them and throw them.”

Diving into the discussion, Bryce Walker offered a fascinating viewpoint that illuminated the contrasting training approaches between strongmen and bodybuilders. In a recent discussion, he talked about a YouTube video he watched that morning. The video highlighted that bodybuilders primarily aim to break down their muscles for aesthetic purposes. In contrast, Walker emphasized that Strongmen primarily focus on training their central nervous system, which leads to extraordinary strength surpassing the visible physicality of bodybuilders.

Furthermore, Walker asserted that although bodybuilders might seem more potent due to their remarkable appearance, the central nervous system of a Strongman is ten times stronger than any human being on earth. “So even though a bodybuilder may look stronger than a strongman, a strongman’s central nervous system is ten times stronger than any human being walking the planet.”
